Buyer’s Agent Commission Disclosure

Robert C. White & Company cooperates with all CT licensed real estates agents. Please see below for commission offerings for RCW managed and marketed properties:

• If rental rate is greater than $2000 - Commission is 25% of 1 month’s rent

• If rental rate is between $1000 and $2000 - Commission is $500

• If rental rate is less than $1000 - Commission is 50% of 1 month’s rent

Please note, to be eligible for a commission you must have shown the property to the prospective tenant AND have a written tenant representation agreement that was signed before the date of the showing. Please ask your client to list you as their real estate agent on their application (in the “Questionnaire” section).

Commissions are paid after the tenant moves in to the property. Before a commission is paid we must receive your commission statement and brokerage’s W9. Please email both to info@robertcwhite.com to ensure timely payment.
