We are a full time property management company.  We are available and responsive.  Sometimes things break, and when they do tends to be at the worst time.  We have a 24 hour maintenance line in case of emergencies and work to resolve problems quickly.

Many ways to pay the rent

To give added convenience we offer our residents many ways to pay the rent:

• Pay the "old fashion" way, by check mailed to our office

• Pay by e-check online for free; all you need is an email address and a checking account. It's easy and saves time and stamps

• Pay by credit card online, because sometimes you need to (processing charge applies)

• Pay in cash at CVS, 7-11 and other stores

Build or improve your credit

You pay your rent on time, and we feel like you should get credit for it.  Now, with our partnership with Equifax, you can!  Simply by paying your rent on time you will be building your credit.  This program is great for everyone, but especially for people who need to rebuild their credit, and those with limited credit history.
